In this bold yet tranquil design, negative space is treated as an architectural material. The façade is shaped by a series of frames—some filled, others void—creating a layered, cinematic rhythm across the elevation. The carved-out balcony and ground-level glazing soften the solid white geometry, allowing transparency without sacrificing privacy. It is a residence defined by proportion, calm, and the thoughtful framing of its surroundings.
