"Sculptural Urban Living"
Responding to the dense urban conditions, this compact dwelling uses its cubic composition to articulate privacy while engaging the street with a bold sculptural identity. The cantilevered upper volume provides subtle shade and a sense of levitation, while the base integrates subtle landscaping and an elevated entryway to create a floating effect. The restrained palette reinforces the minimalist ethos and elevates the architectural experience.
